Another way to make Meath

Spent this morning bottling 'Another way to make Meath' with Lady Elana (the Lady Brewer). She's been popping over (10 hour drive) from South Australia every 6 weeks recently to show us how to make alcohol. I wasn't in the country when this one was laid down but it has a nice citrus tang to it.

The previous two beverages that were created while I was about (but bottled while I was out) were a nice hydromel and a really tangy Gruit Ale (below). The ale contains Malt, Honey, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Elderberry, Chasteberry, Wormwood and yeast (of course). It tastes amazing when chilled on a hot day.
